3. User Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms

Final Payment: Final payment is due upon project completion or as specified in your proposal.

Late Payment: Projects may be suspended if payment is 15 days overdue.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you own the rights to deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of templates, frameworks, and pre-existing materials.

You grant us the right to use completed work as portfolio examples (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Project Timeline

Timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to client feedback, scope changes, or external factors.

We are not liable for delays caused by client feedback delays or information provision.

7. Revisions & Changes

Included Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 2-3 rounds). Additional revisions are charged at our hourly rate.

Scope Changes: Significant changes to project scope require revised proposals and additional fees.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for work completed to date.

Termination fees may apply depending on project stage.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, or sales.

We are not liable for third-party platform changes or policy updates affecting your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

TheClickTalk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings as appropriate.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
